Members from around the world attended the 44th Biennial Convention of Soroptimist International of the Americas in Orlando, Florida to "celebrate our story".
First-time convention attendees were in awe and humbled to know that our organization has so much impact to improve the lives of women and girls not only within our community but globally. Soroptimist members in our federation came from as far away as Japan, Korea, Philippines and beyond to be part of this amazing experience.

The 11th ANNUAL STEP INTO SPRING was successfully held on March 11th at the SSF Municipal Services Building. Attendance was phenomenal, considering it was a stormy night. There was entertaining guitar music by Jay Alvarez, with lots of activity at the silent auction tables. SI North San Mateo County is very thankful to all who attended and made this another successful year. Many people complimented our club members on the fantastic work our club does in the community, and showed their appreciation by making this fundraiser more successful than last year. It keeps getting better and better! One of the beneficiaries of the evening will be Sitike Counseling Center which will receive $1900 from Balloon Sale & Prize Event, that includes $750 from A.S.F.Electric.
